Why thank you! I'm working on mine now.
What exactly is saag paneer??
This is fun!I'm so glad you want to be at Orcas Island--I'd like to be there, too. Did you go from Bellingham? That's where I'm from!
Cool! Thanks! I was just debating with myself on what to write. You solved that problem.
And, yeah, what the heck is saag paneer?
I loved this list. Sometimes I wonder what you think of some of us *coughs me* because of your job.
Cheese enchilidas....mmmmmmmmm
Mmmm...saag paneer (wish i could eat it).
Saag = spinach, paneer = cottage cheese. It tastes more delicious than it sounds!
Actually, cottage cheese is probably not the best way to describe it, since it means something different in this country. Wikipedia to the rescue.
Thanks for the tag, Zorra! Will try to get to it this evening.
Saag paneer is sort of a creamy spinach curry full of little cubes of soft cheese. Some restaurants call it palak paneer. If you like Indian food, it is wonderful, right Kievas? I try to make it sometimes but I've never quite gotten it right.
Jan, I've only been on San Juan Island (spent the night in Friday Harbor) but I love the San Juans and Orcas looked so beautiful from the ferry. It looks like there's a lot to do there, too. I don't remember where we got on the ferry...could have been Bellingham.
Mindy...don't worry...if I were to point a "gosh, she's wierd" finger at anyone else, there would be four pointing back at me....
I responded to the tag, Zorra!
I was a drug store clerk, too!
okay, I think a bunch of us are going to meet somewhere in Hawaii...
